A Strategic Three-Year Financial Roadmap
Türkiye's financial projections to advance its national aerospace and space activities have been outlined, setting a firm foundation for upcoming programs. According to official plans, nearly 100 billion liras will be directed toward aerospace and space initiatives over the next three years. This major financial allocation reflects the nation's determination to foster domestic space technology and secure long-term technological self-reliance.
Gradual Budget Increases Across the Triennium
The outlined budgetary framework demonstrates a consistent, year-over-year expansion. The spending plan allocates 24 billion 587 million liras for 2027, increasing to 30 billion 597 million liras in 2028. By 2029, the allocation is projected to reach 36 billion 953 million liras. This steady fiscal scaling ensures continuous funding for multi-phase engineering and scientific initiatives across the country's space ecosystem.
Long-Term Momentum for Aerospace Development
The allocation of substantial capital over consecutive years is set to provide vital stability to ongoing satellite developments, aerospace infrastructure, and cutting-edge research projects. With sustained financial backing through 2029, Türkiye's aerospace sector aims to expand its operational capacities, train specialized technical personnel, and strengthen its competitive footprint in the international space sector.
